Therapy is a personalized process, designed to address the unique issues that are important to you. Psychotherapy, specifically, is the process of meeting with a licensed therapist to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, or relationship issues.

Psychotherapy can treat specific, diagnosable mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and eating issues, in addition to everyday concerns, such as relationship problems, stress management, career ambitions, or other issues that may affect one’s mental well-being.

I offer individual therapy to address an array of concerns:

The above list is not exhaustive; please contact me for a complimentary consultation to discuss your concerns. Together, we can determine the best next steps for you.

Please note that I specialize in work with adults 18 and older. Adjunctive couple and family work suggested, when necessary.

Supervision and Consultation

Supervision and Consultation can be used for established or newer-to-the-field psychotherapists to begin to explore their own therapeutic style, theoretical framework, learn about themselves and their practice and explore many other aspects of the art of providing psychotherapy. I value the ability to mentor and support others as they work in and explore the amazing field of psychology.

Please contact me if you are interested in pursuing supervision or want to consult on a specific case.
